PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric The PTFE Coated fabric we are producing is using high-quality imported fiberglass cloth as the base material. The fiberglass then goes through a series of processes including steeping, drying and sintering to form a kind of heat resistant cloth. Our factory can produce different colors of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric such a brown, white, beige, black, etc. For each color, our product has a different thickness ranging from 0.05 to 1.0mm. Features Anti-deformed, substantial, elongation coefficient of less than 5%. Good heat resistance, continuous working temperature -70~260°C Low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant, good insulating ability. Anti-sticking, easy to clean stains and adhesives on the surface. Good corrosion resistance: resists almost all chemicals like acids, alkalis and salt. It is fireproof and anti-aging. Application Used as pan gaskets, microwave gaskets, and various kinds of conveyor belts such as dry conveyor belt, frozen food conveyor, defrost conveyor, belt, carpet adhesive curing conveyor belt, rubber vulcanized conveyor belt etc. Used as insulation slot in motor and used to wind cable to insulation. Used as the anti-sticking material when welding plastics products, used in the mask for selling and used as gasket for the sealing machine. Used as flexible compensator and back cloth in fabric printing. Use for demoulding, used in grinding wheels and used as release linear during abrasive material cures. Used as the anti-corrosion wrapping material for pipelines in petrochemical industry and used to wrap the roller in the textile industry. Use in the desulfurization process In thermal power plant.
